TRC Talent Solutions is looking for Sorters for one of clients in Fairburn, GA

Job Summary: Sorters to join our recycling operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and sorting plastic materials on a conveyor line to ensure proper recycling and processing. This position plays a critical role in maintaining product quality and supporting environmentally responsible recycling operations.
Job Details:

  • 7:00am - 3:30pm

  • Must be bilingual in Spanish
Key Responsibilities

  • Sort various types of plastic materials from a moving conveyor line.

  • Identify and remove contaminants or non-recyclable materials.

  • Separate plastics by type, color, and grade according to company standards.

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

  • Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.

  • Assist with general production tasks as needed.

  • Report equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

  • Ability to lift up to 30–40 lbs occasionally.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Previous warehouse, recycling, or manufacturing experience is a plus.
