This role focuses on blending batches to produce adhesives, sealants, and coatings in a production environment. You will prepare and mix raw materials according to detailed recipes, operate forklifts and processing equipment, and ensure products meet quality and safety standards. The position combines hands-on batch mixing, material handling, and equipment setup while working closely with experienced operators.

Work EnvironmentThe facility is a smaller, organized production site that operates in continuous improvement mode, with a cleaner warehouse and production floor designed for smooth product flow. Employees work across different departments and around machinery and conveyors, collaborating closely with others and receiving thorough training on each task. The batch mixing area includes separate rooms with different tankers and blending equipment, and work involves handling dry chemicals in a controlled environment. Team members wear respirators as needed and must provide and wear steel-toe footwear and other appropriate attire suitable for a production and warehouse setting. The role is on 1st shift, typically from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with a few hours of overtime and occasional, non-mandatory Saturday work, providing some flexibility while maintaining steady hours.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
