RBT, Behavior Aid, and Paraprofessional positions w/Springfield School District

Springfield School District is seeking multiple Behavior Support professionals to join the team for the upcoming school year! We are looking for experienced and compassionate professionals who are passionate about supporting students with behavioral and developmental needs.

* ABA/Behavior Support Professionals

About the Program

The district is currently rebuilding its behavior support program, with the 2026–2027 school year serving as an opportunity to launch and pilot new behavior support projects and programming.

This is an exciting opportunity for professionals who want to be part of developing and strengthening a school-based behavior program while making a meaningful impact on students.

Position Details

• Location: Springfield, VT
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: June 14, 2027
• Hours:35–37.5 hours per week
• Pay: $19+/hour depending on experience and certifications

Qualifications

Candidates should have experience or a strong interest in:

• Behavior support and intervention
• ABA principles and strategies
• Working with students with developmental disabilities
• Autism and behavioral needs
• 1:1 and small/group student support
• Implementing behavior plans and interventions
• Collecting behavioral or educational data
• Collaborating with teachers and school-based teams

**RBT certification, paraprofessional experience, ABA experience, or related behavioral support experience is highly valued.**
