Production Operator
Pay: $16.45/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Overtime: Some weekend OT may be required
Job Summary:
Responsible for operating assigned production equipment, preparing materials, inspecting finished products, packaging products, completing production records, and maintaining a clean and safe work area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production line and equipment
- Verify work orders, labels, and production information
- Load bottles, lids, and product into machinery
- Inspect products for labeling, fill levels, coding, and defects
- Perform quality checks and record results
- Package bottles and trays for shipment
- Print and apply labels to bottles and cases
- Assemble boxes and prepare materials for production
- Record production information
- Clean and maintain equipment and work area
- Report machine issues to the Production Lead or Maintenance Team
- Follow all safety and OSHA guidelines
- Maintain good attendance and teamwork
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read work orders and basic work instructions in English
- Basic addition and subtraction skills
- Ability to visually inspect products for defects
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Ability to bend, push, pull, and lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally
- Must be reliable and able to work scheduled shifts
- Must be available for occasional evening/weekend work as needed
