As a Warehouse Associate you will play an important role in ensuring our HVAC and Plumbing operations run smoothly. Your primary responsibilities will include driving company vehicles to deliver parts to various job sites, assisting in managing inventory in the warehouse and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. You will be the backbone of our supply chain, ensuring that all parts are delivered accurately and on time, which is vital for our service technicians to complete their jobs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficient Delivery: Safely drive and deliver parts to job sites and customers promptly and accurately.
- Inventory Management:Receive, store, and organizeinventory in the warehouse. Track inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders accurately ensuringtimelydispatch. Verify the accuracy of orders before delivery.
- Warehouse Maintenance:Maintaina clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Conduct regular inspections and report any safety hazards.
- Customer Service: Interactprofessionally and courteously with customers and team members. Address any delivery-related questions or concerns.
- Documentation: Keepaccuraterecords of deliveries, inventory movements, and any incidents during transit.
Qualifications:
- At least 2years' experienceworking in a warehouse, supply chain, and/orlogisticsenvironment
- Familiarity withHVACand/or plumbing equipmentispreferred butnotrequired.
- Current and valid driver's license in the statewhereyou will be working.
- Ability to work invariousconditionswith or without reasonable accommodation. This mayincludefrequentlyliftingto 75 lbs., working in confined spaces, at heights, and in variable weather conditions.

Work Environment:
Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.
