Production Operator – 2nd Shift
Location: McKinney
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
Pay: $16.45/hour

Weekend Overtime: Some weekend overtime may be required
Job Summary
We are hiring reliable Production Operators to support daily manufacturing operations. The Production Operator will operate assigned production equipment, inspect products for quality, package finished products, complete production records, and maintain a clean and safe work area.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Operate assigned production lines and equipment.
  • Verify work order labels and production information for accuracy.
  • Load bottles, lids, and products into production machinery.
  • Inspect products for proper coding, labeling, fill levels, and defects.
  • Perform quality checks on finished products and record results.
  • Package filled bottles into trays and prepare trays for shipment.
  • Print and apply labels to bottles and cases.
  • Assemble boxes and prepare packaging materials for the production shift.
  • Record production information and data accurately.
  • Clean and maintain production equipment and the assigned work area.
  • Report equipment or machine problems to the Production Lead or Maintenance Team.
  • Follow all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
  • Work effectively as part of a team.
  • Maintain reliable attendance and follow scheduled work hours.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Basic computer skills, including use of a mouse.
  • Ability to learn label-printing software.
  • Ability to read and understand work instructions and work orders.
  • Basic addition and subtraction skills.
  • Ability to visually inspect products and identify defects.
  • Ability to follow safe manufacturing procedures.
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic production equipment issues.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Must be able to bend, push, pull, and perform repetitive hand movements.
  • Must occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 25 lbs.
  • Must be able to work on a concrete production floor for extended periods.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
  • Must be available for occasional weekend overtime as needed.
Work Environment
This position requires approximately 95% standing or walking and 5% sitting. The employee will work around production equipment, with noise levels generally described as moderate.
This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity with potential for full-time employment based on performance, skill, attendance, and business needs.
