Description:
General Purpose
Individuals in this position, upon reading prints, are responsible for determining location for foundation components and installing panel dividers.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Scrape forms to prep for production.
- Install corners.
- Make note of all items to be placed in walls (i.e., windows, doors, etc.)
- Install all brickledge and support ledge.

Working Conditions
- Duties are performed in the plant.
- Individuals are exposed to noise, moving machinery, and dust.
- Machinery operation requires the use of safety equipment to include, but not limited to; safety glasses, hearing protection, work boots, hard hats and gloves.
Physical Requirements
- Requires frequent transportation of objects up to 25 lbs.
- Requires occasional transportation of objects, up to 120 lbs.
- Requires repetitive use of feet when driving forklift.
- Requires the ability to stand, and walk for an 8-hour shift; longer during periods of overtime.
- Requires frequent bending, stooping, pushing and pulling.
- Requires the ability to perform simple & firm grasping and fine manipulating with both hands.
- Requires being around moving machinery.
- Must have manual dexterity; able to quickly move your hand, your hand together with your arm, or your two hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects.
- Must have multi limb coordination; able to coordinate two or more limbs (for example, two arms, two legs, or one leg and one arm) while sitting, standing, or lying down.
- Job requires frequent twisting, bending, and/or rotating of the waist, head, neck and wrists.
