Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to add to our growing team. This technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving production equipment used in automotive manufacturing. This role supports continuous production by performing preventative maintenance, responding to equipment breakdowns, and ensuring machinery operates safely and efficiently. Work Environment
The role is based on the casting side of a Tier 1 automotive manufacturing facility that supplies brake rotors, operating in a non-union, multi-craft environment. The position works 1st shift from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with minimal overtime typically totaling 40–45 hours per week and occasional weekend work for overtime. The environment is a foundry setting and can be dirty due to the nature of casting operations, with exposure to heat, dust, and industrial noise. The technician supports both casting and machining operations, working around industrial machinery, conveyors, furnaces, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, robots, and precision machining equipment.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
