JOB DESCRIPTION
This is a year-round, hands-on, outdoor position based in the Citrus and South Marion County areas. The role involves vacuuming, skimming, and brushing pools, as well as checking and balancing pool chemicals. You will also be responsible for ensuring pool equipment and water are clean and in working condition. Additionally, the technician will need to record information using a provided phone application (phone not included), and effectively communicate with property managers, owners, and the office support team. The job requires physical activity, including lifting equipment and chemicals, as well as bending and standing throughout the day. You may handle slimy or smelly debris, included small dead animals such as rodents. The work schedule typically begins at 07:00 am (preferably 06:30 am), Monday through Friday. Training and a service truck will be provided. The position offers pre-determined time off during Thanksgiving and Christmas (with restrictions).

The applicant must have a reliable means of transportation to and from the work truck pick-up site. Additionally, the applicant is required to have their own cell phone for communication with the supervisor and the main office. The cell phone will also be used to document daily work activities
