A growing mail order pharmacy in Grosse Ile, MI is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join their team. This is a patient-facing PSR-style role for a technician who enjoys providing excellent customer service and creating a positive patient experience.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities

Answer patient calls and assist with questions and orders
Fill and process prescriptions
Assist with shipping and order fulfillment
Support inventory control
Work closely with pharmacists and the pharmacy team
Provide professional, friendly service to patients

Requirements

Previous pharmacy technician experience
Active Michigan Pharmacy Technician License
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Warm, professional demeanor
Ability to work effectively in a patient-facing environment
