Service Coordinator Syracuse, NY
Comfort Windows & Doors is seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our team and assist with service requests from our customers throughout the Syracuse, NY area.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer calls and coordinate product and installation service needs.
- Schedule and coordinate service technicians.
- Order, receive, inspect, and track service parts and materials.
- Assist with scheduling and ordering new products.
- Organize and maintain an accurate inventory of service parts.
- Prepare and organize all necessary parts and materials for scheduled service appointments.
- Perform other administrative and office duties as assigned by management.
- Residential construction experience or knowledge is a plus.
