WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Create a safe, nurturing classroom environment and ensure compliance with safety and ratio requirements
- Lead activities that support children's learning and development
- Provide active supervision and guide behavior through positive reinforcement
- Support daily routines, including meals, naps, and transitions
- Observe, document, and share student progress with families
- Collaborate with your team to deliver consistent, high-quality classroom experience

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)required. Degree in Early Childhood Education ora relatedfield preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in a preschool or early childhood setting preferred.
- Knowledge of state licensing requirements and classroom compliance expectations.
- Must meet all state-specific education, certification (including CPR/First Aid, whererequired), licensing, and regulatory requirements, including the ability to pass a background check and complete ongoing professional development.
- Strong communicationand interpersonal skills, with the ability to build andmaintainpositive relationships with children, families, and team members.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
