About the Role:
As an STNA, you will be responsible for providing direct care to our patients, including personal care, grooming, and assisting with activities of daily living. You will work closely with our nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that each patient receives the attention and support they need. Your exceptional communication skills will also be essential in interacting with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as eating, toileting, and transferring
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with nursing staff
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
