Customer Service Sales Representative

High-end, family-owned Stuart residential and commercial stone solutions business is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Representative to join their rapidly growing team.

Experience in the commercial and residential stone business (granite, marble, etc.) is preferred.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is eager to grow alongside the business.

Successful candidate will train for 3 weeks at the sister location out of state prior to starting full time locally. All travel, lodging and meals will be paid for.

Monday - Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

8 days PTO which can be utilized after 6 months of service.

Customer Service:

• Provide exceptional customer service and professional communication
• develop profitable sales and build long-term relationships
• prepare accurate and timely quotes and gather complete project information
• follow up on sales opportunities and educate customers on company's process
• communicate effectively with operations and maintain accurate company records
• oversee assigned customer projects from initial contact through completion

Sales Development:

• Call and follow up with prospective and exisiting customers
• develop new accounts and maintain long-term relationships
• re-engage prior customers and follow up on outstanding quotes
• build referral relationships, maintain an organized sales pipeline, and ask for additional opportunities
• convert qualified opportunities into company projects

$30.00 / hr + 2% commission on qualified commissionable projects
