What You'll Do

• Prospect and develop new commercial roofing opportunities.
• Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, building owners, general contractors, and other decision-makers.
• Utilize company-provided technology, CRM tools, and sales resources to manage your pipeline and generate business.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and customer meetings.
• Present solutions and proposals professionally.
• Represent the Commonwealth Roofing brand with integrity and professionalism.
• Work closely with operations and estimating teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

What We're Looking For

• Hunter mentality with a passion for business development.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Experience in B2B sales required.
• Experience selling large-ticket commercial, industrial, construction, or service-related projects is a strong plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.
• Proficiency with technology, CRM systems, and mobile sales tools.
