The welder-fabricator will work primarily with steel, performing welding, fabrication, and mechanical assembly tasks with a semi-autonomous approach. This role requires a practical mindset, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn to support effective and accurate production.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding and fabrication tasks on steel components
• Assemble mechanical parts and systems
• Handle materials safely and efficiently
• Use hand and power tools to support fabrication and assembly
• Maintain attention to detail for quality workmanship
• Collaborate with team members to meet project goals

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years welding experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Teamwork and communication skills
