• Lead accounting research and reconciliation efforts through completion, presenting clear conclusions and recommended next steps to leadership.
• Build organized schedules and supporting documentation that facilitate management review, audit readiness, and accurate financial reporting.

• Develop accounting structures and procedures for newly added entities, business activities, or systems to ensure consistency and control.
• Create and maintain written documentation for recurring reconciliations, journal entry support, analytical reviews, and other key accounting routines.
• Manage intercompany balancing activities, including detailed reconciliation support for eliminations and consolidated reporting.
• Communicate significant findings promptly, apply sound judgment when assessing issues, and keep stakeholders informed on progress and resolution.
• Support month-end accounting tasks such as general ledger analysis, accrual preparation, journal entries, and ad hoc reporting as needed.• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• At least 3 years of progressive accounting experience; background in manufacturing accounting is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with month-end close, general ledger activity, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to analyze large datasets and use formulas efficiently.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and financial reporting practices.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-moving business environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate detailed analysis into concise business recommendations.
• Experience with bank reconciliations, accruals, process improvement initiatives, ad hoc reporting, and Microsoft Dynamics GP is preferred.
