A line callsan intermittent fault. You trace it through prints and schematics, isolate the issue, and return the system to peak reliability. That’s a typical day for our next Industrial Power & Controls Electrician.

• Install, service, and overhaul industrial electrical equipment and building power systems to keep operations running safely and efficiently.
• Carry out routine inspections and predictive/preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose electrical faults and implement durable, code-compliant fixes.
• Use and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings to guide your work.
• Coordinate with maintenance, production, and safety teams to maintain throughput and compliance.
• Document all maintenance, repairs, and parts usage with accuracy and clarity.
• Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout, and applicable regulations without exception.
• Engage in continuous learning and training to remain aligned with evolving industry standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an electrical apprenticeship is a plus.
• Current electrician license/certification.
• Hands-on background in industrial or heavy manufacturing electrical work.
• Deep understanding of electrical theory, wiring methods, and safety best practices.
• Fluency in reading and applying technical documentation and prints.
• Strong troubleshooting mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
• Clear communicator and dependable teammate.
• Flexibility to work varied hours and overtime when needed.
