Pool Water Products is currently hiring for a full-time Counter Sales and Warehouse Associate at our Dallas, Texas distribution facility.

The Position

We are seeking dependable, customer-focused, career-minded individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment, are pro-active, and able to support both front counter sales and warehouse operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist walk-in customers at the sales counter
• Provide excellent customer service
• Pull parts from the warehouse
• Process invoices and payments accurately
• Pick, pack, and organize orders in the warehouse
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Load/unload products
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• At least 2 years of direct customer sales experience
• Minimum of 1 year Warehouse or distribution center experience
• Posses intermediate computer systems skills
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a warehouse environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Must be willing to work overtime and occasional Saturdays
