Join ChildServe as a Direct Support Professional, in this role you will be responsible for supporting children and young adults with daily living and encouraging their independence. Direct Support Professionals work with supervisors, therapists, nursing staff, and families in program development and implementation. Examples include assisting the children and young adults with becoming as independent as possible in personal cares, preparing meals, caring for household, community exposure/involvement, and other life skills areas.
Schedule/Pay
The starting pay for this position is between $16-18.64/ hour with opportunities for advancement. There is anIncreased wage differential for the weekend package hours of 120%.
The Staff will work 32 hours during the following time frames each week.
