Responsibilities

Greet guests as they walk onto our lot and make them feel comfortable immediately.

Listen closely to what our customers need in a vehicle so you can guide them to the right choice.

Take customers out for vehicle demonstrations to show them how our cars perform on the road.

Keep our inventory looking great and stay up to date on the latest vehicle features and specs.

Work alongside our finance department to ensure the purchase process is transparent and easy for the buyer.

Maintain regular follow-up with past customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction with their vehicle purchase.


Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.

Strong comfort level with technology and dealership management software.

Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to explain technical features clearly.

Ability to walk the lot and engage with customers in various weather conditions.

High school diploma or equivalent.
