We are currently hiring experienced Rough Framing Carpenters for a construction project in Cocoa, FL. If you have strong residential or commercial framing experience and take pride in quality workmanship, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities

• Perform rough framing for new construction projects
• Layout and frame walls, floors, ceilings, and roof systems
• Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
• Measure, cut, and install lumber and framing materials
• Build and install wall sections and structural framing
• Install sheathing and other structural components
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Ensure framing is square, level, plumb, and built to specifications
• Work efficiently while maintaining quality and job-site safety
• Assist with material handling and general carpentry duties as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of rough framing experience preferred
• Must be able to read and understand construction plans
• Experience with residential or commercial framing
• Proficient with common carpentry hand and power tools
• Strong understanding of framing layout and construction methods
• Ability to work safely and efficiently as part of a crew
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to work in an active construction environment
