Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Job Responsibilities:

· Fulfill customer requirements as they relate to shipping and receiving

· Ensure printing of all shipping labels to customer specifications

· Send ASN’s per customer requirements

· Monitor customer portals to ensure ASN are received by the customer

· Ensure timely receipt of all goods in ERP system

· Ensure receiving inspection and shipping inspections are completed

· Report any shipping delays to Shipping & Receiving Supervisor

· Participate in identifying opportunities for improvement

· Must be willing to work overtime.

Requirements and Qualifications

· High School Diploma or Equivalent

· Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Tools)

· Physically capable of manual labor that includes lifting, bending, and reaching

· Good communication Skills

· Basic math, reading, and writing skills
