Investment Liaison

SNELLING is currently recruiting an Investment Liaison for a Wealth Management company in the Tyler area with a pay rate of $18.00/hr. It is a Full-Time In person position in a professional office setting. Schedule is Monday- Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

This Investment Liaison position will be temp-to-hire, meaning that while SNELLING would work with you through the consideration and interview process and Snelling would be your employer for a probationary period upon an offer being accepted. Position Summary The Investment Liaison serves as a key point of contact between clients and the Advisors, ensuring a seamless flow of information, high-quality client service, and efficient execution of investment strategies. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of investment products and financial planning processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a primary liaison between clients and the Advisors, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
• Assist in preparing and delivering investment proposals, portfolio reviews, and financial reports.
• Coordinate with custodians, product providers, and internal teams to process investment transactions and resolve account issues.
• Maintain accurate client records, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and firm policies.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and strengthen long-term relationships.
• Stay current on financial markets, investment trends, and regulatory changes that may impact clients.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of investment products (mutual funds, ETFs, annuities, alternative investments, etc.) and financial planning concepts.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/65/66 licenses preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and client service orientation.
