All Star Plumbing & Air is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Residential Plumbing Service Technician who takes pride in diagnosing problems correctly, communicating with homeowners, and seeing jobs through to completion.

We are looking for more than someone who can replace parts. We want a plumber who can think through a problem, diagnose the full system, and has a “dog on a bone” mentality when a job gets difficult.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing problems
• Service water heaters, leaks, stoppages, toilets, faucets, fixtures, piping, and other residential plumbing systems
• Perform thorough diagnostics and identify the root cause of plumbing issues
• Explain findings and repair options clearly to homeowners
• Prepare accurate estimates and job documentation
• Complete required photos, notes, and paperwork
• Follow company SOPs, processes, and service standards
• Use ServiceTitan and other company technology
• Maintain a clean, organized, properly stocked service truck
• Participate in the on-call rotation
• Take ownership of each call from diagnosis through completion

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of residential plumbing service experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
• Ability to confidently complete residential plumbing repairs
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Dependable, accountable, and professional
• Willing to follow established company processes
• Coachable and open to continued learning
• Comfortable working independently
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
