The QualityInspector isresponsible for performing routine inspections and verification activities to ensure products meet established quality standards before shipment.This role supports final inspection, configuration verification, documentation review, and non-conformance reporting within the fulfillment and release process.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform visual and physical inspections of products and assemblies.
- Verify product configurations against work instructions, bills of materials (BOMs), and customer requirements.
- Confirmpart numbers, serial numbers, labels, and asset records areaccurate.
- Conduct pre-delivery quality checks prior to release.
- Validate completion of manufacturing and fulfillment documentation.
- Record inspection results accurately within quality management systems.
- Identifyand report defects, discrepancies, and non-conformances.
- Assistin containment activities for non-conforming products.
- Verify correctiveactionshave been completed before release.
- Follow established quality procedures and standards.
- Maintain traceability and inspection records.
- Support internal audits and inventory verification activities asrequired.
Requirements
Education
- High School Diploma,Associate Degree, Technical Certification, or equivalent experience in:
- Telecommunications, Engineering, Information Technologyor Electronics
Experience
- 0-2 years of quality, manufacturing, warehouse, or technical inspection experience.
- Ability to read basic technical documentation.
- Familiarity with inspection tools and measurement devices.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basicproficiencywith Microsoft Office applications.
