Qualifications
Qualified candidates will have a BSCE degree, Colorado Registration as a Professional Civil Engineer (or the ability to obtain it within the next 6 months), plus a minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience (or the equivalent work experience of 8-12 years in this industry without PE licensure).
Candidates for this position must demonstrate the following requirements:
· Strong independent thought and decision-making abilities
· A minimum of three years of management experience in supervising the work of technical staff
· Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills
· Demonstrated project management ability
· Adept ability in establishing and maintaining strong and positive working relationships with clients/public agency personnel, and in-house staff
Managerial experience for the qualified candidate will include the following:
Technical experience will include the following:
Preferred experience includes the following:
· Knowledge of jurisdictional codes, standards, and procedures in the State of Colorado and the surrounding region (strongly preferred)
·Working knowledge of AutoCAD/Civil 3D and the ability to effectively review and direct technical production (preferred)
