Utilize marketing strategies to attract new clients and expand your network within the community.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members, ensuring transparency and clarity in all interactions.
Qualifications
Experience in mortgage loan origination, with a proven track record of successful loan closings.
Ability to guide clients through the mortgage process, ensuring clarity and confidence at every step.
Strong analytical skills to assess client financials and recommend optimal mortgage solutions.
Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, fostering trust and satisfaction.
Familiarity with industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with accurate, up-to-date information.
Effective communication skills to ensure transparency and clarity in all client and team interactions.
Experience in utilizing marketing strategies to attract and expand the client network within the community.
Must have an active NMLS Mortgage Originator License
Knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable loans, Bridge Loans, Non-Conforming Loans, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit
