Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced service, re-piping and remodel and service technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems, with a focus on re-piping, service and remodel projects in residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of plumbing systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in residential homes.
- Perform re-piping projects, including removing old pipes and installing new ones.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues.
- Provide recommendations for improving plumbing system performance and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations and recommendations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and education to the customer base
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in residential plumbing, with a focus on re-piping.
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
