Summary:
The Shop Manager oversees the daily operations of a repair facility, including scheduling repair jobs, managing technicians, ensuring quality work is completed on time, communicating with Service and Production regarding repair status and costs, maintaining inventory of parts, and ensuring the shop adheres to safety regulations, all while maximizing efficiency and profitability.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Education and/or Experience:
Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license. DOT Medical Card is required, must pass physical to obtain card to qualify for position (J-Tech will facilitate). Must pass qualifications under J-Tech’s insurance carrier and be insurable.
Salary is negotiable depending on the candidate's skill set and experience.
