Table Games Supervisor - Dual Rate

POSITION OVERVIEW:

This positionis responsible forall table games and guest play. This position will administer department policies affectingthe Casinofloor area.Be competent inworking inall positions in order to train and assist with problem solving.Ensuretransactions are done correctly and complete all shift paperwork. Willensurecompliance with gaming regulations and handle any disputes on the gaming floor todeterminesolutions within guidelines for guest satisfaction.

This position ensures the confidentiality, security and accuracy of guest’s and team member’s records, and promotes positive guest and team member relations.Strong written and verbal communication skills arerequiredand outstanding guest service to fellow team members, guests, vendors, etc. is expected. Regular attendance is required, and on occasion, later hours or weekend time may be required with project deadlines and a neat well-groomed professional appearance is essential at all times.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:

This position directly supervises the Table Games department.
