Logistics company seeking a 2nd shift Dispatcher/Office Support Coordinator
2nd shift Dispatcher for our Marysville office.
This position works M-F 3:30p to 12:00a with overtime.
A fast-paced logistics company in East Liberty, Ohio, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher / Office Support Coordinator!
This role is essential in keeping freight moving efficiently and ensuring top-tier service for customers and drivers.

Key Responsibilities
• Work directly with customers to schedule and route truck deliveries and pickups.
• Coordinate drivers, equipment, and freight to ensure on-time service.
• Schedule deliveries and pickups that meet service and efficiency standards.
• Verify delivery schedules and confirm all inbound/outbound driver activity.
• Maintain compliance with customer requirements, driver’s needs, and carrier guidelines.
• Schedule new shipments and follow up on freight status and proof of delivery (POD).
• Perform end of month billing, including creating invoices and backup documentation.
• Utilize dispatch software, Excel spreadsheets, email, and databases for accurate record-keeping.
Requirements
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with dispatching systems, Excel, email, and standard office software.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
