Responsibilities
- Assist with daily training setup, flow, and breakdown in the bullpen
- Support professional, collegiate, and youth athletes during warm-ups and drills
- Track athlete throwing performance and development data
- Coordinate session schedules and communicate with athletes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bullpen and training area
- Adapt to the needs of the team and demonstrate attention to detail
- Occasionally travel with the team to support bullpen activities
