Job Summary

Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities performed by team members across multiple locations
Ensure all cleaning tasks meet company standards for hygiene, sanitation, and safety regulations
Train new staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service expectations
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper usage
Conduct regular inspections to monitor cleanliness levels and address any deficiencies promptly
Enforce safety procedures related to industrial cleaning, hazardous materials handling, and equipment operation
Communicate effectively with management and clients to address specific cleaning requirements or concerns
Requirements
Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience in a cleaning or janitorial setting
Strong knowledge of sanitation standards, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management practices
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team toward high performance
Effective managerial communication skills for training staff and liaising with clients or management
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced environments
