Associate Shipping & Receiving Assistant

Prudent Publishing Company, Inc., established in 1929 and a leading publisher of premium quality greeting cards known as The Gallery Collection®, has the following long term seasonal opportunity at our manufacturing facility in Landing, NJ as part of our Packing & Shipping Team.

SALARY: $17/hour

Job Purpose: Package customer orders for shipping while achieving acceptable production and quality levels.

Responsibilities:

Follow established procedures for shipping our products

Contribute to team effort by meeting or exceeding production goals

Adhere to safety procedures while operating shipping equipment

Perform other duties as assigned

Skills/Qualifications:

No Experience Necessary - Paid Training

Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and good hand and eye coordination is a must

Ability to stand for long periods of time

Ability to lift or move up to 40 pounds

Willingness to work overtime hours including weekends essential

Shift Schedule:

(June – September) Monday – Thursday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

(October – December) Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
