RPM Industries, LLC manufactures a broad range of engine pre-lubrication, fleet preventive maintenance, and fluid evacuation technologies used throughout the heavy equipment industry. We provide OEM and retrofit aftermarket systems for heavy-duty diesel applications across a wide variety of industries.
We are seeking motivated, dependable individuals to join our production team. Production Associates may work in one of several departments, including Shipping/Receiving, Motors, Kitting, Switches, and Hose Assembly. Based on experience, skills, and business needs, team members may be assigned to a specific department while also having opportunities to learn other areas of the operation.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, with overtime opportunities as needed.
Key Responsibilities
General Duties
- Assist within the assigned department while learning other aspects of the business.
- Work collaboratively with production team members to meet daily goals.
- Learn specialized job functions through hands-on training.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to cross-train in other departments.
Department-Specific Responsibilities
Motors
- Assemble electric motors and pumps according to quality standards and work instructions.
- Test and troubleshoot motors and pumps to ensure proper functionality.
- Use hand and power tools to assemble components and parts.
Switches
- Perform light electrical assembly and product testing.
- Install electrical wiring and components.
- Troubleshoot assembly and testing issues.
- Maintain quality and accuracy throughout the assembly process.
Kitting
- Build sub-assemblies for kits.
- Pull parts for customer orders and production requirements.
- Label inventory and ensure materials are stored in the proper locations.
- Assist with inventory organization and material flow.
Shipping & Receiving
- Pull, package, and label parts for shipment.
- Receive incoming materials and verify shipments.
- Coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers.
- Communicate with customers and vendors regarding shipping information.
- Report shipment discrepancies or inventory issues.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as packing machines, forklifts and pallet jacks when trained and authorized.
Hose Assembly
- Assemble hose products and related components.
- Operate production and packaging equipment.
- Use hand tools and measuring devices to complete assemblies.
