About the Opportunity

Gold Acquisitions is seeking motivated individuals to join our Myrtle Beach team asManagement Trainees in Sales & Marketing.

This entry-level position is designed for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, customer engagement, and leadership. Our team works directly with nationally recognized brands to represent their products and services through face-to-face interactions with customers inside local retail locations.

No previous sales or marketing experience is required. New team members receive structured, paid training and ongoing coaching to develop the communication, sales, and leadership skills needed to succeed in the role.

What You'll Do

• As a Management Trainee, you'll gain practical experience across several areas of our business, including:
• Representing client brands professionally inside partnered retail locations
• Engaging with customers and identifying their needs
• Educating customers on available products, services, and promotions
• Supporting customer acquisition and sales initiatives
• Developing strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Learning sales and marketing strategies through hands-on experience
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development
• Working alongside leadership to understand team development and performance
• Taking on additional leadership responsibilities as skills and experience develop

Training & Development

Gold Acquisitions provides paid, hands-on training beginning with the fundamentals of customer engagement, sales, and client representation.

As team members demonstrate proficiency, training expands into areas such as leadership, coaching, team development, performance management, and business operations.

Compensation

This position offers anhourly base, with additionalcommission and performance-based bonus opportunities.

Individual earnings vary based on hours worked, sales performance, and bonuses earned.
