Position SummaryTampa Family Health Centers is seeking a Bilingual Patient Scheduling Coordinator to support our call center operations. This role is responsible for managing inbound calls, scheduling patient appointments, routing messages, and ensuring accurate documentation within the Electronic Health Record.
The ideal candidate provides excellent customer service, communicates clearly in both English and Spanish, and enjoys helping patients feel supported, informed, and cared for.

Please note that employee's initial training schedule may differ from the regular schedule of the position. All new hires, including part-time employees, must be available for up to 40 hours of in-person, on-site training during their first week. Additional Mandatory training may continue for approximately two to three weeks, depending on the position and training requirements. Training may take place at a TFHC location other than the employees assigned work location.
