We are growing rapidly and looking for high performers at every level to grow with us.POSITION SUMMARY:We are looking for positive individuals to assist with our food & beverage areas to provide quality service as well as consistent products.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:Assist customers as needed with outstanding customer serviceOperate an electronic cash register and credit card machinePerform basic mathematical computationsBalance drawer and manage daily incomeCommunicate with the public in a tactful, polite, and friendly mannerClean concession areas and tables; assist in preparing and serving food items; fill condiment containersPick up dishes, glasses, eating utensils, and trash in dining and concession areasScrape and rinse dishes, load dishwasher and operate dishwashing machine, wash dishes, carts, pots, pans, and equipmentTake and record the temperature of food to ensure proper temperature controls in the transportation of foodAssist in unloading, lifting, and carrying food and supplies from trucks and storage areas, and place them in designated areasAlert management immediately for the following incidences: suspicious people, intoxicated individuals, adults with no children, etc.Alert management immediately regarding mistake or adjustment to the cash drawerPreparing coffees with an expresso machine, selling pastries, deli and hot sandwichesKeeping coffee prep area clean and organizedAssisting in getting orders to customers in a timely mannerAll other duties as assigned by management MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Must be at least 16 years of ageMust be able to work weekends, nights, and holidaysPrior experience operating a cash register and balancing a cash drawerAbility to communicate in a positive, friendly manner with patronsOne year of customer service experience with public preferredWORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Must be able to lift 40 pounds waist highWill be required to stand for extended periods of timeAble to enter information on computersMust comply with safety and health code standardsGood personal hygieneThe facility has intermittent noiseMust wear proper uniformPREFERRED:Current Food Handlers CardCPR/First Aid Certified1-2+ years of experience in food service environmentServSafe certification preferred
