Front Desk/Customer Service Representative

Ohio Sports Academy is seeking a part-time customer experience front office team member to work occasional evenings & Saturday afternoons.

The Front Office job duties include:

• Answering incoming phone inquiries
• Welcoming customers and guests
• Handling class enrollments
• Receiving payments
• Replying to email inquiries
• Respond to inquiries about classes and programs
• Light cleaning, including straightening a small pro shop area and making sure restrooms are fully stocked and tidy, and other related duties

We have the following shifts and times available:

Required Hours:

• Monday: 4:00 - 8:30
• Thursday: 4:00 - 8:30
• Fridays: 4:00 - 8:30
• Saturday: 8:30 am - 1:00 pm
  

Available Hours for Coverage As Needed:

• Monday and Friday 8:45 am - 4:00 pm or 3:00 pm - 8:30 pm
• Weekdays 8:45 - 1:00 or potentially 1:00 - 6:00
  - Some Saturday afternoons will be required.
