The Challenge
- Spot patterns in manufacturing data and turn them into targeted actions.
- Enhance processes to raise efficiency and product performance.
- Collaborate closely with production teams to optimize equipment capability.
- Run and refine trials for new products and evolving methods.
- Jump in on troubleshooting, support machine setups, and drive upgrade initiatives.
- Coordinate across Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Production to align solutions.
- Author clear SOPs, training materials, and technical docs to lock in improvements.
- Apply Lean principles, 6S, and rootcause analysis to sustain continuous improvement.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s in EngineeringMechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related discipline.
- 0–3 years of handson manufacturing experience.
- Analytical, methodical, and energized by problemsolving.
- A collaborative teammate who thrives in a fastmoving environment.
- Familiarity with fiber optics/wire & cable, ERP, Excel, or Minitab is a plusnot a must.
