Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly to create a positive first impression.
• Take orders accurately and answer menu-related questions.
• Process payments efficiently using POS systems and handheld order devices.
• Serve food and drinks promptly with a friendly attitude.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas.
• Support team members and assist in various tasks as needed.
• Handle cash and ensure accurate transaction processing.
• Engage with customers to enhance their overall experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in customer service environments.

As part of either a small or large team, you will have opportunities to advance within the customer service department or transition into other departments. This role requires familiarity with daily use of POS systems and handheld ordering devices, ensuring efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
