- No schematic? No problemyou trace signals, read the process, and document the fix
- A PLC throws intermittent faultsyou analyze ladder logic on AllenBradley or Siemens hardware to isolate the root cause
Your responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and urgent break/fix work on electrical and mechanical systems
- Install, test, commission, and upgrade electrical components and control systems
- Strengthen conveyor, motor, and automation system performance
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and ladder logic; create documentation where gaps exist
- Coach junior technicians and communicate clearly with site leaders
- Lead by example with rigorous safety practices, including LOTO
What you bring
- 10+ years in industrial electrical or multicraft maintenance
- Deep troubleshooting skills with PLCs, drives, motors, and controls
- Professionalism and independence in customer settings
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to travel 75%+ and adjust to changing schedules
Preferred background
- Master Electrician or Journeyman credential (or comparable experience)
- Instrumentation & controls familiarity
- Advanced automation troubleshooting
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
Physical and work conditions
- Lift up to 50 lbs; stand, walk, climb, bend, and maneuver for extended periods
- Operate at heights, in tight spaces, and in varied environmental conditions
- Work safely on industrial surfaces with proper PPE

- Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
- Broad maintenance and repair capabilities in manufacturing environments
