POSITION OVERVIEW:
This positionis responsible forday-to-dayoperation ofFood& Beverage division.Will oversee all food and beverage areas and will implement departmentalprocedures andensurecompliancewith divisional training needs.Fills in for, andassistsallother team members, as needed.Ensures the health and safety of all guests and team members and will ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety codes.
This position ensures the confidentiality,security,and accuracy of guest’s records, and promotes positive guest and team member relations.Strong written and verbal communication skills arerequiredand outstanding guest service to fellow team members, guests, vendors, etc. isexpected.Regular attendance is required, and on occasion, later hours or weekend time may be required with project deadlines and a neat well-groomed professional appearanceis essential at all times.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
This position directly supervises:Bussers, Hosts, Servers, Cashiers, Bartenders, Cocktail Servers, and Bar Backs.
