Key Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications
- Monitor machine operation to ensure quality and efficiency
- Inspect finished parts using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- Load raw materials and unload finished products
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot basic machine issues
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications- Previous CNC or manufacturing experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
- Ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 40 lbs]
