Job Title: Maintenance Electrician - 2nd Shift

Job Description

Join our team as a Maintenance Electrician on 2nd shift, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our innovative nonwoven product manufacturing facility. You will work with a 50% focus on electrical tasks and 50% on mechanical tasks, maintaining our equipment and systems to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

  • Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment.
  • Read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Install, maintain, and repair VFDs, drives, control circuits, and supply circuits.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency.
  • Work with controls, 3-phase motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
  • Collaborate with team members and head engineer for problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in reading electrical diagrams and schematics.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Experience in troubleshooting electrical control circuits and supply circuits.
  • Familiarity with controls, 3-phase motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLCs (Siemens, Omron, Modicon).
  • Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, climb stairs and ladders, and work in tight spaces.
  • Ownership of a multi-meter and clamps; all other electrical tools provided.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with PLCs (Siemens, Omron, Modicon) is preferred.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $70720.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
