Responsibilities:

• Providing customer applications training /support in house and at customer's facilities
• Performs time studies, test cuts, and machinedemonstrations as needed
• Programing of multi-axis applications utilizingCAM-systems
• Assists in reviewing applications aspects ofRFQs and turnkey projects and feasibility
• Provides sales support at trade shows andopen house events
• Develop leading machining processes
• Provide customer production analysis andsupport on site, etc
• Performs other duties and responsibilities asrequested

Requirements:

• BS Degree in Mechanical/ManufacturingEngineering or related field experience.
• 4-6 years' experience in machining and/ortraining
• Knowledge in the field of 5-axis machining
• Control knowledge of CNC controls,Heidenhain / Siemens preferred
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Teamwork and high level of performance
• Location Franklin, WI (headquarter of HermleUSA)
• Extensive travel is required - 50% (includinginternational)
