Position: Project Floor Care Supervisor
Schedule: 3rd Shift (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM | Weekend availability required; days off mid-week)
Location: Orlando International Airport (MCO), Orlando, FL
Pay Rate:$20.00 per hour (Full-Time | 40 hours guaranteed)

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced, leadership-minded Project Floor Care Supervisor to join our 3rd shift team at Orlando International Airport (MCO). In this key operational role, you will oversee specialized floor care projects, manage on-site team members, and ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction across the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, schedule, and support floor care team members, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and up to company standards.
Perform and oversee specialized floor care services, including stripping, waxing, buffing, burnishing, and scrubbing hard surface floors.
Operate carpet extraction equipment and oversee comprehensive carpet cleaning projects.
Conduct regular quality control inspections to guarantee exceptional facility appearance.
Train and mentor team members on proper floor care techniques, heavy equipment operation, safety protocols, and company policies.
Monitor inventory of supplies and inspect floor equipment routinely, reporting maintenance needs promptly.
Enforce all OSHA safety guidelines, company procedures, and proper PPE usage at all times.
Maintain direct, professional communication with management and airport client representatives regarding project progress.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in commercial floor care, carpet extraction, and floor maintenance procedures required.
Previous supervisory or project coordination experience preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to train others.
Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Able to work overnight hours (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM) including weekends.
Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and remain physically active throughout the shift.
Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check, drug screening, and airport clearance.
