Richmond, IN | 2nd & 3rd Shifts | $28.00–$45.00/hour (DOE)

  • Are you comfortable moving from a gearbox swap to a pneumatic valve adjustment without missing a beat?
  • Do schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals feel like familiar territory?

What You’ll Do
  • Keep manufacturing equipment running through timely troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Own preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce unplanned downtime.
  • Work across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic disciplines.
  • Install and service motors, conveyors, pumps, bearings, gearboxes, and more.
  • Leverage schematics and manuals to guide diagnostics and solutions.
  • Contribute to equipment installations, upgrades, and CI projects.
  • Use welding/fabrication skills when needed to complete repairs.
  • Operate with strict adherence to company safety practices.
  • Capture accurate records of completed maintenance activities.
What You’ll Bring
  • Industrial maintenance background in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting abilities.
  • Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors, and industrial machinery.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
  • Welding and fabrication; PLC troubleshooting experience is considered a plus.
  • Self-directed with a team-first mindset.
  • Safety- and quality-focused approach.
Core Proficiencies
  • Heavy equipment repair and mechanical troubleshooting.
  • Working knowledge of 120/208/240/480 VAC and high-voltage systems.
  • Electrical installation, troubleshooting, and repair; industrial electrical systems experience.
  • Electrical panel installation; conduit bending; equipment installation and wiring.
  • Electrical schematic reading for diagnostics and repairs.
  • Pneumatic troubleshooting; hydraulic systems and component service.
  • Boiler troubleshooting.
  • Heavy material handling.
  • CNC machine setup and changeover.
  • Automotive manufacturing systems familiarity.
  • Equipment diagnostics and troubleshooting; mechanical systems and component repair.
  • Electrical systems and diagnostics for heavy equipment.
  • Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) best practices.
