Responsibilities:

• Performs time studies, test cuts, and machinedemonstrations
• Programs multi-axis applications utilizingCAM-systems
• Reviews technical feasibility of RFQs andturnkey projects
• Develops leading machining processes,
• Provides application support in-house and atcustomer site,
• Provides technical sales support attradeshows and open house events
• Provides customer production analysis andsupport as well as applications training

Requirements:

• BS Degree in Mechanical/ManufacturingEngineering or related field experience.
• 8-10 years' experience in machining,programming, and processing of complexparts
• Profound knowledge in the field of 5-axismachining
• Control knowledge of Heidenhain / Siemens
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Teamwork and high level of performance
• Location Milwaukee, WI (headquarter ofHermle USA)
• Extensive travel is required (includinginternational)
